How does one differentiate between these? Come to this seminar to learn ways to determine what may be the cause of symptoms. Is it central, peripheral, or metabolic? The emphasis of this seminar will be on evaluating and treating the most common cause of vertigo - BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo). This seminar will be helpful when treating clients in the acute, rehab, outpatient, SNF and home health settings. There will be a lecture and lab.

Effective MBS Evaluation of the Swallow for Treatment Planning:

Discuss how to effectively evaluate the swallow system using an MBS video and/or report and learn clinical tools to get the information needed for appropriate treatment planning.
